Shipping Policy

At HPA’s AusDesigns, we aim to deliver high-quality products to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for full details on delivery options, processing times, and more.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 4-6 weeks after the artwork approval (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take 4-5 weeks to produce before dispatch. Processing times may vary during peak periods.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All product shipping charges will be calculated through a quote and will be sent out to the customer(s) via email.

  • International orders (will be quoted separately)
  • Custom-made items requiring special handling
  • Remote or regional areas that incur high courier surcharges
  • Heavy, oversized, or fragile items (unless stated otherwise)

International Shipping 7–21 business days

Note: Delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners and may be affected by external factors.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

4. Local Pickup (if applicable)

We currently offer local pickup. If available, you can select this option at checkout, and we will contact you when your order is ready.

5. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! However, please note:

  • Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Delivery times may vary based on destination and local customs procedures.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at ausdesigns@hpa.net.au with your order number. We will lodge an inquiry with the courier and keep you updated.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. AusDesigns is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
